Does Body Beast Work

I KNOW it’s late but I have been waiting to get to a computer so I could share my day 90 Photos to help answer the question, “Does Body Beast work?” Aside from the Saint George tan I can’t SEE to much difference but I FEEL so much stronger and healthier. I am confident in who I am and where I am going and as Sagi says, “I am standing in my power.” We have been traveling and on the road for the past 20 days straight and have modified with bands, worked out side of my RV, and modified in some small hotel gyms with my Beachbody on Demand.
My Facebook challenge group was asking me earlier what supplements I was taking during these last 90 days. I didn’t really have any supplements added on top of my my daily Shakeology for breakfast and some Beachbody pre-supplement.
During these past 90 days I have made some drastic changes to the way that I eat including FINALLY eating more greens and no extra supplements. I had more baked asparagus than you can ever imagine ( YUMMO) and ate a tossed green salad with cucumbers and broccoli every day. This was something something that I was leaving out of my daily eating habits.
I haven’t drank cow’s milk for the past 3-1/2 years but for the past 3 weeks I have been COMPLETELY dairy free taking out any butter, cheese, cottage cheese, ICE CREAM. I’m adjusting but I can SAY that I finally can see myself breaking through to where I want to be and am SO PUMPED to bring it over the next 90 days.
I have been asked if I am competing in the BEAST CLASSIC and the answer is no as I am teaching 2 workshops with over 8,000 people that week and need to be mentally focused on DELIVERING on that.
Second question I have been getting is “How many rounds of beast is this?”
— My answer is hard to give because I have had to start over numerous times with a torn rotator cuff, shattered collar bone, and most recently a torn bicep. (In the past 3 years I completed it 3 times after re-habbing my injuries) I started at 145 and now weigh 175. So when I start NEXT monday it will be my second round and fully plan on doing it over and over without any other snowboarding injuries.
I CAN say that I gave 100% for this past round and plan to keep moving forward and hit my goal of 185. I am currently 5’11” and 175.
