Change our attitude toward food and exercise

I want to take a couple minutes this evening to give a shout out to Darran Coulburn. He is a member of our online fitness Challenge group where we hold each other accountable and have a fun time transforming our lives through health and fitness.   Darran has lost 40 lbs so far since beginning his journey and is excited to motivate and help inspire others to live a healthier more fulfilling lifestyle.  Just like Darran, we can change our attitude toward food and exercize and find more joy and happiness.  His message really hit me when he shared with us about not wanting an early grave.

“I started because I haven’t always been over weight and I want to get back into shape and feel good about myself. I also understood the impacted of a bad diet and lack of exercise wish would of send me to an earlier grave and I wanted to be active around my baby girl who is 3 years old. I believe my story is similar to others and we all struggle at times and if I could inspire anyone to achieve their goals then this would fill me with happiness and joy.  All I can say about myself is that once you are honest with yourself and stop telling yourself lies not to achieve your goal. Then we have a starting point to change our attitude toward food and exercise.”
