First time trying out weighted vest
I did one week of my P90X/ Arms/ Bench Press/Modified version and I decided just today that I will not do this right now.  I am going to do P90X (100%) but with my new weighted vest I got.  I am starting with 20-25lbs.  I will use it on all of the workouts starting on February 21st.  Wish me Luck! I may die.
Last night, Tuesday, I ran 3 miles with my weighted vest (@22lbs) then did squats, lunges, calf raises for 20 minutes.  Dang!  That was a good workout.  It was the first day that was warm enough to run outside without freezing so I figured I would give it a shot.  I’m excited to start round 4 with this new vest! DO YOUR BEST FORGET THE REST!
