Core De Force Results
My 9 year old daughter and I just finished our first 30 day round of Core De Force and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I am a 35 year old father of 5 children ages 9, 7, 5, 4, and 1 and every morning at 6:00 a.m. my 9 year old daughter and I got up and never missed a day. We also had a ton of fun with a contest that the CEO of Beachbody put on where he gave away a $1,000 prize every day to somebody who made a video. We had a BLAST shooting videos every day and putting them on Youtube. We didn’t win the prize but we won something much more valuable. Time together EVERY day doing something fun, difficult, and challenging with my daughter. We gave ourselves the names of Street Fighter Kina and Street Fighter Scottie and had fun holding each other accountable each day. We also ran a test group with 7 people who are also finishing the program today and I will be excited to share with you THEIR results from our challenge as they put together their stories and send them over to me. My Core De Force results are not THAT visible but I lost 15 lbs and gained a ton of Core Strength and Balance which I know I was missing. It’s also helped both Kina and I with our Form for our ATA classes that we take weekly for Tae Kwondo and Krav Maga.

I have really learned during these past 30 days that my body FEELS better at about this weight. I wanted to get bigger and continue building muscle but I have better endurance, flexibility, and health/energy doing this program and being at about 160 lbs.
