I had a rough day or two. I woke up yesterday excited to crush my work but felt low energy and a sore ish throat. So I went back to bed.
I woke up around 5 pm and was in a bad mood and I let that bleed out onto my family.
I was so upset with myself for not controlling my emotions. I took a drive and cried. I went to bed early and slept in about 2 hours past my alarm.
I listened to some personal development, semi did my workout, and now here to show up for my team.
Showing up isn’t always rainbows and sunshine. It’s messy sometimes but being able to course correct quickly will help you not derail too much when life gets hard.
