Cultivate Faith
5 years ago there was no proof that this small town Idaho Boy could lead a current team of 40,000 passionate and strong business entrepreneurs. How can one cultivate faith at that level? I share this photo that Gabby took when we were in Italy celebrating our team being #4 in the entire company. It was a moment that I was looking over the countryside and at the castle in the distance where I first envisioned how BIG this legacy we are building could actually grow. I remember specifically thanking God for His abundance and asking Him for more responsibility. We are prepared for the trials that will come to test our faith as we move our team to 100,000 strong.
