My daily IG stories may show a lot of play, being present at kids games, and fun adventure, HOWEVER I work 5 days a week to build my business and my mind runs almost 24/7 thinking about how to better it or help somebody out.
I recently had somebody who’s got about 50 customers and 15-20 partners on their team tell me, “You know, I don’t think I want to grow it to the level you’re at, I’m already working TOO much.”
My answer surprised them.
I was on that phone call this morning and said, “You’re my last business/ work call for the day.” And I woke up at 6:30am and that call was around 11:15 am.
The response… “really?”
The answer is yes, really my friend. Building an incredible business and scaling it won’t be too much for you and doesn’t take more hours. I built a side business to 6 figures while working 12 hours a day and raising 3 little girls under the age of 5 while my wife worked nights.
It takes staying focused and disciplined in doing the RIGHT income producing activities without distractions.
I don’t pull people or beg people to join our business. I find and attract hard working parents who are overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and help them get connected to the right tools and platform to achieve their life goals AND give them the support and encouragement to be celebrated on that journey.
