I have heard people say that P90X is not good for everyone because it is just a program that makes you burn off a lot of water weight with high intensity cardio workouts. I am here to show that this is not true. My most recent round of P90X I quit running my 3-4 miles per day and did only P90X with a few modifications to see what the results would be like. I take Vitol’s Russian Bear 5000. I gained 16lbs. Vitol Russian Bear 5000, Ice Cream Chocolate 4-Pounds
If your plan is to loose 20-30 lbs in the 90 days…. this is easily achievable. Put a 100% into your workouts, use low weights, follow good nutrition, and do high repetitions.
If you want to gain 10-15 lbs in muscle during the 90 days this is equally achievable. Eat, eat, and eat. Make sure to eat lots of protein rich foods as well as good carbs. Use a post workout protein shake. Put in 105% and lift heavy reps. I was only able to do 6-7 reps on most workouts.
It is true that with the high intensity workouts you are burning off a lot of weight with cardio. This is why P90X is so good for you. You are burning off weight but you are also building muscles and muscles helps burn fat. I highly recommend using this program!
Do your Best ….. Forget the Rest!
