Healthier Family
I want to give some recognition to my friend Kim. He has been in our Challenge groups for the past few months but just recently he wanted to become more committed to his health and be able to help others by using his story. He has the desire to create a healthier family and to help other families adopt this lifestyle. He has been a coach for a little over 30 days. In those 30 days he has lost 15″, achieved the rank of Emerald Coach, and hit Success Club 6 ( earning himself a conference call with the CEO of Team Beachbody)
