When I see this picture below, I see VICTORY. I want to take a few minutes to give a shout out to my friend Kurt. He recently became a Team Beachbody Coach to help other people with their health and fitness but just prior to this he started the 60 day program called Insanity. Many of you may not know, but Insanity, P90X, Body Beast, 21 Day Fix, Hammer and Chisel and over 2o other workouts are all a part of the company called Beachbody. A Beachbody Coach is somebody that is always working on improving one’s own health and encouraging others to do the same. You see Kurt has always had a passion for helping people and also has a passion for staying healthy and fit so Team Beachbody is the perfect way for him to make a bigger impact doing something he already loves doing. “I’ve always been an active guy; playing sports since I was a kid and going to the gym. But that right there is just on another level! Shaun T thanks for #kickingmyass during these 60 days. INSANITY was definitely not easy; it was challenging but definitely worth it! Health and fitness, as well as sports, has always been a passion of mine and helping inspire people to change their lives was always a genuine interest. I strongly believe that becoming a Team Beachbody Coach is my first step in that direction and also to start getting an idea of what I want to do in my life.” – Kurt
