Keep Pushing Play
I hope everyone on the team, as well as those out there that are looking for some extra motivation, had a great Easter weekend. I want you all to know that I am not perfect, and did enjoy a delicious meal made by my mother that included smoked ham, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and some steamed veggies! *cough cough* and a slice of Huckleberry cream pie. But I will keep pushing play.
I did start my morning off with a Greenberry Shakeology mixed with milk, ice, a scoop of peanut butter, and a half banana. It seems any day that I miss this meal I am left with a lower tank of energy. I did not get in a workout, but I spent my day chasing the kids around on their bikes and jumping them on the trampoline. The extra energy from a proper diet has been a great blessing in my life.
If by chance you spoiled yourself this weekend and feel a little guilty about your Easter dinner, put it in the past, re-focus and keep pushing play. We have a long stretch of days ahead without a holiday to interfere! Summer is just around the corner and it is time to get ourselves in gear. Great post! I hate hearing about people who eat 'bad' for just one day and then automatically give up! Its just one day and its up to you to make a fresh start!
