Lose Weight During The Holidays

Do you want to know how to lose weight during the holidays?  Is this something that you constantly struggle with like most Americans?  I know I struggle once it comes to Thanksgiving and then the endless gifts from neighbors.   Its tough.  I know it is and that is why I want to stay committed and continue to show you examples of people just like you and me that are keeping their health #1 on their priority list.  This is my friend here in Idaho Falls her name is Brianna.  She is currently in her journey and down 30lbs so far!  Do you know what is even cooler?  She is down 4 pant sizes and feeling better than ever.  What is her secret?  I know that is why you are hear.  To lose weight during the holiday or keep from GAINING weight back you just have to follow her example.  Her basic tips that we are working with are:

1.) Eliminate Sugar

2.) Eat 6 small meals per day (portion control)

3.) Drink 100 ounces of water per day

4.) Completely ELIMINATE Fast Food

5.)  Get active for at least 30 minutes per day

6.) Stay Consistent
