It’s 4:50 AM on a Monday morning. I am walking up the stairs to my cubicle and not at all excited to spend the next 12 hours writing manuals and putting out “fires” for the service department. As I go to clock in on my computer, I have 10 minutes before I need to start working. I log into Facebook and check into our community and my soul LIGHTS UP as I see the progress of my friends and family. That’s where the love of coaching started for me. I wasn’t even a coach yet but I was sharing the meal plans and workouts that I had seen results with. My job provided with a steady income and benefits but coaching gave me JOY and light. It gave me a purpose.
It’s still my favorite part of this journey today over 14 years later. Waking up to see the progress of my friends and family.
