“When do you think your home will be done? “I bet you’re so excited for it to be finished and you can move in!” I’ve heard these questions for a couple months now as it comes up in almost every face to face interaction I have. So we’ll be done sometime around April or May 2025 so about 8 months from now. We’re just getting ready to start Sheetrock and waterproofing the garage. But the truth is I don’t know how excited I am to move in. We LOVE our current home and the life we have. I LOVE the process of building something in life. I suspect that I’ll be slightly bummed because I enjoy the process of seeing something visualized some to life. I drive over almost daily to see how things are done and to see it come together. When the home is done I will miss that piece.
I love this trait that I have developed and I believe it’s a trait that can help you become successful for the long haul in your life. In order to create a business you have to learn how to enjoy the process.
