New PiYo Workout

The rumors are true, Team Beachbody is coming out with a new workout program and its by non other that Chalene Johnson the creator of Turbofire and Chalean Extreme. The new PiYo workout will be released later this year and I will keep you up to date if you sign up with your free Team Beachbody account HERE.  The new PiYo workout will be amazing workout that combines yoga and pilates to improve flexibility, burn calories, and build lean muscle.  As I learn more about this program on our Success Club Cruise with other coaches and the CEO of Team Beachbody next week I will share more information as I learn of it so that you are the first to know.  We are super excited for the new PiYo workout and know that it will be an amazing program to help you continue living a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

PiYo workouts have been taught in gyms for a few years now so we are super excited to be able to package that up into a new home fitness program for you to do from the comfort of your own home.  If you are like me, having 4 small children, its so much more convenient to do these from home and have the feeling that you are working one on one with a Master Trainer like Chalene.

Chalene Johnson shared with us that these workouts are great for people that need a workout that torches calories, needs something low impact (no jumping), and maybe has a hard time enjoying yoga or pilates.  We were able to do a PiYo workout with Chalene at a Team Beachbody Leadership Event in Dana Point California and it was really fun.  I remember that there was a modifier in that live workout so I would imagine there will be a modifier in the new program as well.  This will be for beginners and advanced.
