P90X Female Transformations

A huge shout out this week to Ashley Swan who has completed P90X and and has seen amazing results. It has been amazing for me to see these P90X female transformations because a lot of times I hear the excuse of, “P90 will be too hard” Ashley’s transformation shows us that if you make the commitment and sue the guidance and support of a coach and a challenge group that you can complete this program and become a P90X Graduate! Ashley didn’t stop here. She continued after with Insanity and is working her way to being our next Insanity Challenge group graduate.
