Peak Theory Band

Since this blog/website is not only about the amazing transformations that our clients are having with the Beachbody Challenge but also dedicated as a place for me to share the accomplishments of my friends and the thoughts that run through my head about how to live life to it’s fullest, I had better let you know where to find info on our band Peak Theory. Music has always been a passion of mine. I always envisioned touring the country playing in big and small venues. I started playing the bass guitar when I was 15 years old. I was taught by my good friend and current bass player of Peak Theory, Tony Perez. I played in cover bands throughout high school, entertained kids in Venezuela with my acoustic guitar and then got back into music in my early 20’s. It was then that I met my wife Gabby at the 2005 Warped Tour while I was playing with a hardcore/screamo band named YDX. We fell in love and got married and quit playing. It wasn’t until about 4 years ago that the band Peak Theory got put together. We originally called ourselves Dissonance until we realized there were about 3000 bands with that same name. We are Peak Theory. 4 out of the 5 of us played the bass our whole lives but we work so well together that we each took on a new instrument. We are currently finishing up our 1st album and will be done by the end of 2014. We have a song that is played on K Bear 101.5 in Idaho Falls and have played with some incredible bands like Red Jump Suit Apparatus, Hawthorne Heights, Tesla, Black Stone Cherry, Adelitas Way, Dizzy Reed, The Sammus Theory, Cage9, Hotel Diablo, Royal Bliss, Hemlock, The Fail Safe Project and Wayland. We are 5 married guys with a passion to IGNITE THE LOCAL SCENE in Idaho Falls. We love playing music and hate cussing. Aside from playing these bigger shows we are often playing in the local bars, at the Relay For Life, and for the University Back to School Party’s.
