The best thing I’ve done for my marriage, or the past two months is to challenge myself more than I ever have before. I know that when you do that you’re gonna show up better for your wife and kids.

However…. I’ve had a few friends sample the workout and I’m down 8lbs so I feel it’s a disservice to not show you in hopes to challenge you to DIG DEEPER with us in our 90 Day Shred coming up at the beginning of the year.
