On November 30th of 2015 I received a response email from @brad.winget with @utahsbestvacationrentals that his wife and himself specialized in the real estate and vacation rental niche and that he would like to get to know us better and help us find a home.
I remember sitting in my truck in the Zions Bank parking lot as we talked on the phone for the first time.
Brad is one of my top 5 friends and always willing to drop anything to meet up or help out. Every year he and his wife go on a ski trip with us and we’ve both been able to help each other through some pretty tough times.
Yesterday we were able to walk the lot of our dream home build @hobbsdreamhome and much of that dream is possible to the great insights, wisdom, and intuition he has for real estate and the vacation rental market.
He’s helped us get into two great vacation rentals which have helped us gain close to $2M in equity alone and that bring in great profits every year.
He also helped us find and close our 3rd rental near Park City which is being built this fall.
