Shaun Week Hybrid Schedule
This week has been one of the most challenging but fun weeks I have had in the past 7 years of my journey with Beachbody programs. The official release of Shaun Week will come in just a couple weeks when 25,000 of us arrive in New Orleans for the Annual Coach Summit. Shaun Week has broken records with Beachbody on Demand participation and be super fun to see a new workout arrive each week in the Beachbody on Demand library.
