I LOVE Thursday’s because it’s the day that our Team Beachbody coaches get paid weekly for the efforts and work they put in to help others get results with the amazing Beachbody and nutrition plans. Lucy is a coach on our team and has been with us since 2014. What I want to share however is the importance of LOVING what you do, not comparing yourself to others, and staying on course no matter how long it takes. I’ve seen TOO many people give up on their goals because they don’t get there fast enough. Today, Lucy had her first paycheck that matched her full time income. I mean, If you could stay healthy and strong, help others, and match your full time income EVEN if it took 6 years working a couple of hours every day, would it be worth it to you?
I want you to think about that question.
“I woke up this morning to my BIGGEST coaching paycheck yet AND a 100% raise from last year!I couldn’t believe it either but after doing the math, it’s true! When I came into coaching six years ago, I got a lot of raised eyebrows and doubters. I don’t blame them. I’ve tried things before and failed – miserably. Coaching was different, though. I have always enjoyed helping and teaching others and coaching is just that!At first, I thought if I made enough to cover my expenses, I’d be happy. Little did I know that I could start paying bills, pay for Christmas presents, or vacations with my Beachbody money!”It’s a NEW year and my friend I spend 50% of my time mentoring and teaching others how to build their part-time business as a coach. If you are ready or have questions, drop me a message and let’s have a conversation.”
Beachbody does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Team Beachbody Coach Opportunity. Each Coach’s income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill. See our Statement of Coach Earnings located in the Coach Online Office for the most recents information on our coach’s actual incomes
“Hey Scottie, Are you still doing that coaching thing, I see some “leaders” stopped?”
Me: First I believe good salespeople are sometime mistaken for leaders. Ohhh read that one again.
Then, no…. I’m still here more fired up than ever to get better at what we do. There’s millions of people who still need our help.
“Yeah I wouldn’t have stopped either if I made an income like you do.”
Hold up my friends, here’s where the thinking, mindset, and philosophies are off. Out of the 3,186 days I have been officially building a business, I felt motivated or had a day where everything clicked perfectly “per say” maybe 60 days. READ THAT again. The other 3,126 days I followed through with a commitment and a love for the HARD and the STRUGGLE. I took action. Motion then creates EMOTION.
We have that income and business because we showed up every day. Look at your favorite store in your local town for a minute. You count on them to show up, and they’re open when they say they’re gonna be open no matter what’s going on in their personal lives. They’re a great business because of that commitment and discipline.
I get asked every single day how I can be so “motivated” and pumped up.
I am just like anyone else. I have kids that can get wild and make you a little crazy, I lose sleep at night with little ones in the house. I get bad news from family and friends that breaks my heart every single day.
The thing that brings me out and sets the pace for my day is a good breakfast, morning workout, and an hour of personal development books.
After that is done I do what I truly love for work not what “society” thinks I should do.
Even before being a fitness coach was my full-time job and even before I made an side income from doing it I did it because it was fulfilling.
I couldn’t wait to hop on my email or facebook to answer questions and encourage others. I couldn’t wait to write a blog post to share success stories.
Many of you may not even know this but I did it for more than 8 FULL MONTHS before I was an official coach.
I didn’t make a DIME from what I did but it made me better when I was able to add value to somebody.
Even if I lost everything I built today, I’d show up tomorrow and work my face off to help people because that’s who I am.
That my friends who the type of people I want to work with as well.
