The Master’s Hammer and Chisel
Body Beast Transformation
This past week in Nasvhille TN has to be one of the best weeks I have ever experienced and one of the reasons is that we were able to see our friend Steve Koerner on stage for the Body Beast Classic. What inspires me is that despite trials and other struggles these past 6 months, Steve plowed through them and stayed strong on his goal to compete in the Body Beast Classic. What I love is that Steve is 44 years old and super passionate about his health and fitness and the desire to help and serve others. Steve and I both LOVE Body Beast and so we are also super excited about the announcement of the newest strength and conditioning workout called The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. This program will have Sagi from Body Beast and Autumn from the 21 Day Fix. The Master’s Hammer and Chisel will be a program that will change the face of home fitness programs. Before I get you TOO excited about The Master’s Hammer and Chisel let’s take a look at Steve’s results over the past 6 months with Body Beast and hear his story. We are going to be looking for Men and Women who are serious about their health and transformations to be a part of an exclusive Test Group.

“What a surreal weekend!!!!
Reflecting back on these past couple days I am so thankful for the Beachbody coaching opportunity that I have. It has made such a huge impact on my life..
I know you hear me preach about Beachbody and Shakeology® but these programs work, my results speak for themselves..
If you are ready and are serious Ang and I would love to help you get started on your journey.. Hop in our next group August 3rd and you will personally get the accountability, support, nutrition and workout to achieve your goals.
Back in January, I put myself out there, not only starting the Body Beast program but entering in the casting call to be in the infomercial and compete in the Body Beast Classic..All as goals on my bucket list that I made for my New Years resolution..
Not only did all of that happen, I placed top ten in the competition!!!
I have learned so much about myself on this journey, most importantly if you stick to your goals, work at them everyday, have accountability and support from others you can accomplish anything you set your mind to..
Yes I had many reasons many times to quit..
Hell Im 44 years old for starters,
Busy family life with 6 kids, baseball, dance you name it,
Full time busy Construction Superintendent working 10 plus hours a day
Herniated and bulging disc in my lower back..
10 days in Florida for the funeral service of my Mother in law, where workouts and nutrition both suffered..
But it just goes to show if you want something bad enough and are willing to work for it you can accomplish anything!!
I would like to personally thank everyone for all of your support and encouraging comments along the way! Scottie Hobbs, Shawn Bourguignon, and our entire team of coaches who kept me inspired..
To new life long friends Bret and Raina O’Dell who were with me every step of the way. Bret shooting me advice and always there even when laid up in a hospital bed..
Lindsey Maldonado for this amazing tan, I could totally get used to this smile emoticon
And to my Beautiful and Amazing wife Angela Koerner I could of not done this with out you by my side..You were my biggest cheerleader!! Picking up all the slack at home, always allowing and understanding my goals while I was gone working out.. Keeping me accountable with the ever important nutrition..And most importantly putting up with my cranky ass especially the last couple of weeks!!
You are my rock, my soul!!!!”
