You might be feeling unhappy, unsuccessful, or unsafe because you’ve forgotten where your true success, happiness, and safety lie. You were meant to feel joy. It’s literally your birthright. The thing that might be blocking you from from feeling this joy is a separation from love. This can happen many ways and I’ll share some I’ve experienced that you might face as well.Do you choose to latch into the fears on the news, the fears in the classroom, or fears in your household?
I read a quote that said, “We separate from the love of the Universe by giving purpose to pain and thinking power comes from outside sources. We deny the power of love, and we save our faith for fear. We forget love altogether.”
The moment you realign with love and stop relying on your own strength, clear direction will be presented. The presence of love will always cast out fear.
My friends, I’ve let some fears guide me a little too long and I’m focusing on love.
I’m choosing to be in union with the energy of the Universe and. God who loves us. When you begin to dance with the energy of the Universe, your life flows naturally, incredible synchronicity presents itself, creative solutions abound, and you experience freedom.

Let me introduce you to one of my partners and High School friends who shared this with her social media today after we did a one hour work session together on Zoom.
Wow, a coach of mine, Scottie Hobbs, just shared something with me that blew my mind..
When you’re feeling helpless in your life, find someone to help and throw yourself into service.
I mean, I’ve heard about giving service to people you are having a hard time loving because it makes you understand them and feel closer to them. (My girls have been so nasty to each other lately, I’ve been making them do this, even if it’s picking up and putting away their sister’s shoes.)
But the concept of helping someone else when I’m feeling like I have no control in my life really resonates.
Because that’s what it would do, right? It would give you control of something and lift up your self worth and that of someone else in the process.
So I’m challenging myself, and I’m challenging you: when you’re feeling down this week, when you feel aimless, or unsure, or depressed, be the helper, be the light, and dive into helping someone.
