Week 2 of Insanity- The Asylum
For those of you that know, I am now in Week 2 of Insanity- The Asylum. To be honest, the first week I regretted going downstairs and putting those dvds in and pushing play. I am not going to lie. IT IS HARD. REAL HARD. I am doing a daily video log which I will combine and show to you all at the end of my 30 days. I am doing this to hold myself accountable and to stick to my schedule. I absolutely love the enthusiasm that Shaun T portrays to the audience. He gets in your face even though you are not actually in his presence. He looks in to the camera and tells you not to cheat yourself. He tells you “A coach can only give you lessons….An athlete needs to instill them in themselves” There is something about this program that is growing on me and I CRAVE going down and pushing play. I crave the burn and the pain. I have never done a workout that pushes me to the extreme levels of fitness like the Asylum does. If you want to jump higher, run faster, and be stronger you NEED the Asylum. I am 30 years old and have never been in better shape in my whole life and I owe it all to Beachbody and programs like this.
