Beachbody Lead Program

This is my friend Kassia we met through the free Beachbody lead program.  This means she bought a program off of the infomercial and I was assigned her free coach.  She has been participating in our Challenge Group on Facebook and just posted these progress pictures last week. I LOVE seeing people make healthy changes in their lives and I wake up EXCITED when I get to read messages like these.   Pretty AWESOME that as a Beachbody Coach we have the opportunity to connect with people all over the world and be a part of their journey through this Beachbody lead program.

“I started the 21 day fix extreme because I couldn’t stand looking in the mirror anymore. After having my three kids I decided I needed to do something to get into shape and be healthy. Now I’ve lost 15 lbs and I feel so amazing!! I have way more energy :)) Eating well and my workouts are part of my daily routine and I’m going to continue doing this because Ive never felt better! It’s important for me to be a positive role model for my kids.”
