One of the most rewarding things in my career as a Team Beachbody Coach is being able to see somebody transform their life from something they didn’t look forward to…. into a life that they love. Lyndsey has been with our team of coaches for the past two years and she is more confident and bold and has also shared with us that she is a better mother. What I love is that this all started with what we call the VITAL PROCESS of Team Beachbody Coaching. She needed to work on her own personal health and fitness transformation. As she did this, she began to change not only on the outside but more importantly on the inside. She felt a strong desire to share with others and help them feel the changes she was going through and to find that happiness and confidence in their lives. This is vital to being a successful coach and I am so proud of you Lyndsey!

-My Confidence has never been stronger. I am a confident mom, business owner, coach and I am confident of the path I am on.

-Being my on boss gives me the FREEDOM to have more time with my son and family. I am in full control of my life, dreams and goals.

-HEALTH!! I have never been healthier, totally addicted to the most AMAZING products and always excited to push my mind and body with the help of my team!

-Relationships…I have been fortunate enough to connect with some of the most AMAZING people I have ever met, I’ve been grateful enough to have helped people get their life and health back on track and my personal relationships with my family and friends have never been stronger.

-Income…I am fortunate enough to have an opportunity to make extra money from my phone! This extra money helped me stay on mat leave longer, helped me buy formula, diapers, groceries, gas… in 2016 it helped with the trips that I was able to take. Going into 2017 I will be saving my BeachBody earnings (cool things to come) 😃
