Fitness Accountability Group- Need help finding the MISSING Piece?

Fitness Accountability Group

I am beyond proud of Froso in this moment for seeing her DECIDE to do something, begin to believe in herself, and then to follow through and complete a program with Beachbody in our Fitness Accountability group.  She is now an OFFICIAL graduate of the 90 day P90X program.  If you read her story you may relate to her and see perhaps maybe why YOU haven’t completed a program.  IF you are inspired by her results from our fitness accountability group please reach out and CONTACT ME! to join a group.

This is TERRIFYING for me to post, but here goes. These are my progress pics from Round 1 of P90X.
Nutrition wasn’t the best that it could have been, what with chocolates and Doritos on overnight shifts, which blew out my calorie deficit every week.

But, it’s a start. I’ve learned a lot on the program. I know success isn’t linear, and I know now to dust myself off and just get at it again.

I’m onto T25 now, and I’m excited to correct my shortcomings and see what this new program brings!
Obviously a massive thanks to Scottie Hobbs for believing in me for the past 7 years, and everyone in the fitness accountability group for inspiring me and helping each other through.

I’ve been working out on/off for years now, but never completed a program. At the end of May, I found out that Team Beachbody is coming to the UK. I’ve wanted to join Beachbody for the longest time, and now it’s finally coming over, it’s my chance to change my life around, to change direction, and to make a new ending helping others and doing something I love. So in that, I had to be focused in my workouts, I had to stay committed. Otherwise I’d lose that opportunity. If I didn’t apply myself, how could I help and expect others to do so? How could I lead without results? So having that goal, was a reason for me to follow through.

After finally completing a program, I feel more like…some of the excuses are fading away. Not all of them, but…slowly little by little. All in all I feel like…I CAN, more than I CAN’T. I feel the disciplined side of me more than I used to. I feel the awareness for my health more so than I used to. Not working out is less of an option now. I feel stronger physically, obviously, but mentally, too. And I feel myself in a better place generally. Not just because of the physical effects of working out, but…the whole process.

I will continue this journey and help others because what’s the alternative?  Eating because someone or something annoyed me?  Feeling unconfident in myself and my abilities? Going backwards? Going back to my life just passing me by and feeling older and less confident with each passing day? Feeling hopeless? And in that, living a life that doesn’t serve me? Repeating the same self-sabotaging habits over and over because I’m afraid to step out of my comfort zone? Staying the same allows me to stay “safe”. In order to stay “safe”, I repeat the same habits. The future is scary. Life without a safety net is scary. Life when you change everything you’ve known as an adult, is scary. But…the safety you feel in the short term, erodes you in the long term. I’m not saying I’m completely changed, but that’s all the more reason why I have to continue.

As for why I will encourage others, I’ve had Scottie help me and encourage me, and stay patient with me through the years. And I owe a debt of gratitude to him, because it has always pulled me through, and FINALLY, I’ve had a breakthrough, after 7 years. I know how important it is to have someone believe in you, and how much it helps you.

Further to that, I have FELT what it’s like to help others make a change, make a decision to do something for themselves, for their own mental strength, for their own self-love. I know what it’s like for someone to say “Thank you for helping me to believe in myself”, or “if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have started working out”, and how deeply moving it is to see that person finally GET IT. When they finally see what you see in them. That’s a beautiful feeling, and the more people I can help in that way, the better.
