“After I had my son in November 2014, the pregnancy weight didn’t come off! 4 I started to gain more rather than lose it! I felt disgusted. I was very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and hated buying XLs! I was depressed. I was disgusted with myself. I needed help!

Before beginning Beachbody workouts, I always belonged to a gym. However, I couldn’t have a newborn at home and go off to the gym! I found that during nap time, I was able to get in a quick workout in the comfort of my own home. I had belonged to a gym for 11 years, and I’ve never achieved the results I finally see now! Before I began the program, I couldn’t stand looking in the mirror. Loving myself was a huge challenge. Beachbody helped me not only to lose weight, but to regain my confidence, to start loving myself, and to see how much life has to offer. I was alive again!

I liked that I focused in on my nutrition and what I needed to be eating and how much of it. I always thought that I ate healthy, but I was always eating way too much, and half of the things weren’t healthy at all! It taught me a whole new way of living.

I feel much more confident. I never have to worry about looking fat. I love being able to jump right down into plank position to play with my son on the floor and jump right back up to make him laugh. Before, I couldn’t even lift him out of the bathtub! My life has seriously done a complete 180. All of my habits have changed; I eat better, cook differently, and I have a routine that I stick to. I feel like there is now so much more to life that I can focus on than just being overweight and unhappy!”
