How to lose 30 lbs in 2 months
I know what it’s like to be lost and know what needs to be done to lose weight and keep it off. There are so many yoyo diets out there and I hear so many stories about people who have lost weight only to gain it back. Why is this? Is it that there was no real commitment? No accountability? I’m not sure in all cases because everybody is different. Everybody has a different story. I want to show you how to lose 30 lbs in 2 months with the story of my friend Ryan. Ryan and I met on a mission that I served for my church over 10 years ago in Venezuela and we were recently reconnected on Facebook. Ryan got to the point where he was ready for a change in his lifestyle so he purchased from me the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack, which made me his free Team Beachbody Coach. Its been fun to check up on him every week over the past few months to see the progress that he is making in his new and healthier lifestyle and I asked him if I could share his current photos even though he is still on his journey. ” This is 3 rounds of 21 day fix and 30 lbs. I am on my fifth week of T25 and I am down another 10 lbs. I will have more pictures for you in another 5 weeks. I have noticed big changes in my legs since starting T25. I am excited for the Beta round. I feel awesome. I still have a long way to go, but I have more energy and just feel stronger.
