#IamTeamBeachbody because I was a new mom of two struggling. I wasn’t feeling well. I was down on myself. I hadn’t lost the baby weight. I couldn’t figure out how to take care of me when taking care of everyone else. I needed support and accountability. I found a solution with Insanity, Shakeology, and a Challenge Group.
