“I love working out” It’s what we ALL say when beginning our health and fitness lifestyle right? Ha ha hardly the case for the first couple of weeks! What I have seen though, is that if you stay committed to the process and give yourself those 30 minutes a day consistently, you will see results and then feel motivated and even perhaps get to the point where you say, ” I love working out!” I honestly can’t go a day without my workout or I turn into a grouchy pants. I want to share with you the results of my friend Jenn and what she has done in the past couple of months that now has her saying that she loves to workout. She lives here in Idaho with us and look at that BIG SMILE in the front picture. We are so proud of you Jenn and it’s awesome to see you inspiring your friends was well! She has lost 20 lbs and also has had 3 back surgeries, 2 C-Sections, and 3 knee surgeries so she is hands down and amazing example and inspiration to all of us!
“I think something in me finally ‘clicked’ and I found a love of working out! I’ve gotten some of my coworkers together and we go workout at our school gym every morning, we just finished our first round of 21 Day Fix a few weeks ago! I’m on my 2nd round with CIZE and we are restarting Insanity in 2 weeks (we did 2 days and one of the girls left on vacation). Anyways I wanted to share my results with you!
