Lose Weight After Baby
I want to give a shout out to my friend Carolynn Spendelow who started her journey with the 21 Day Fix Extreme because she wanted to lose weight after the baby when she gained close to 50 lbs. She has worked super hard on her own fitness and health transformation with the help of the 21 Day Fix Extreme and then moved on to do the program called PiYo and next plans on doing the 3 Day Refresh which will help her get to her goal weight. “I started my transformation 2 months after my son was born. I have always been self conscious about my body especially gaining almost 50 lbs during my pregnancy . I was very down on myself . Having had my son via c section I never thought I would be where I am today .
