Need to Lose 100 Pounds

Are you or somebody you know in the place where you you need to lose 100 pounds?  I know that I only had to lose a good 30 to 40 pounds when I began my journey with P90X but because of that journey and becoming a Team Beachbody Coach I have been able to see people transform their lives in a few short years.  Zachary had the need to lose 100 pounds and found the strength to make the changes needed in his life.  I will share with you below what he did so that you can be inspired to take action today on YOUR LIFE.

“I was in a very bad relationship for 3 years where I completely forgot about taking care of myself. I became so devoted to her then I neglected myself and other important things in my life like my relationship with God. After our relationship ended, I decided to reclaim that part of myself and to get myself right with God. I started in January 2013. I did two rounds of P90X and one round of insanity. During the three years that I was with my ex fiance, I gained 90 pounds. I set a goal for myself to lose that 90 pounds. In October 2013, I met my goal and lost 90 pounds. Not long after that I decided I wanted to become a personal trainer and help other people. I studied under the International Sports Science Association and got certified as a personal trainer. Not long after that I started my own business. Its called Crossroads Fitness. My Faith is my ground in pretty much every part of my life. My “slogan”, if you will, through my entire journey has been:

I believe that God helped me to get back on my feet and to get where I am now. I am even now dating a girl who values her Faith as much as I do. I believe that God answers prayers and that, if we ask, we shall receive.”

I have lost a total of 100lbs. After finishing another half a round of insanity, I began to train myself using both p90x and insanity as well as from other books I have. I’ve mixed my own workouts to keep my training consistent. I work my upper and lower body muscle groups twice a week and work my cardio twice a week. I typically rest on Sundays.
