New Beachbody Workouts 2018
Hey I believe you are checking this blog post out for a reason. It’s not often that I get sidetracked when I am working but today I was scrolling through all the before/after pictures from the first round in the test group that we started in July and wanted to share a few of them with you guys. Th new Beachbody workouts 2018 has brought us have created more results than I have ever seen in my 8 years of coaching others. The first this year was the 80 Day Obsession, the 2nd was Liift4 ( which are where these photos are from) and then the release on October 1st of the Shift Shop Proving grounds.
I get to hand select a few people to do it WITH ME. You’ll have a simple 4 day a week workout plan, simple meal plan, and the support and accountability of myself and a few others who have already done this program.
This test group will start on October 15th and run for 60 days.
I’m looking for 10 people that want to start with us on that date who will NOT make excuses about Halloween and Thanksgiving. ( PS. you get one cheat meal per week on this plan!)
