The program is called LIIFT4, and it’s an efficient, no-nonsense workout that combines weightlifting and calorie-burning high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working. Every workout ends with a quick core routine for a full-body build and burn that leaves you shredded.

LIIFT4 offers are on sale on TeamBeachbody.com on June 11th at 12:00:01 AM PST, so people can receive their Shakeology, Beachbody Performance supplements, equipment, meal plan, and other program material before the workouts are available on July 16th (VIP early access only).

What is VIP Early Access?

LIIFT4 will be available to all Beachbody On Demand members in the Member Library on October 1st. But the great news is you can stream the program as soon as July 16th with VIP Early Access.
