Week 2 Review
Happy Sunday evening! The past two weeks have been quite the journey for me as I have embarked on the 80 Day Obsession coach test group and have gone, “all in”. It’s kind of interesting how in this life there are times that you think that you are all in but until you are exposed to something new, you realize that you weren’t as “committed” or disciplined as you once thought you were.
You see, I have gone through intense workouts with Autumn, Shaun T, Tony, and Sagi over the past 7 years so I know a hard workout when I see one. The thing is, I have always gotten my dense nutrition in every day in the form of a shake for the past 7 years but “heathy” eating to me was, oatmeal with fruit and a TON of brown sugar, it was a PB and J sandwich whenever I felt hungry, and a chicken breaks and a piece of broccoli for dinner. Then I realized that I eat ANY pice of candy or sweet that is placed in front of me. My face is clearing up, I have more energy, and I am seeing results like I have never before seen due to this timed nutrition meal plan and the crazy thing is I am not craving JUNK for the first time in my life.
Many of you have asked me what is a timed nutrition meal plan so I wanted to show you a sample of what it looks like now that I have been following it 100% for 2 weeks. I started off on the plan to lose weight which when calculated according to the plan was plan B. After one week of following the program 100% I lost 7 lbs and Gabby lost 10 lbs. Since I am now at a weight I would like to maintain, I have re-cacluated and now placed in Plan E. This is what my day looks like.

Also I will be continuing Plan E throughout this week to see how I feel. If I seem to hold onto a little belly fat or begin to gain some belly fat I will bump down to plan D.
