Week 2 Review

Happy Sunday evening! The past two weeks have been quite the journey for me as I have embarked on the 80 Day Obsession coach test group and have gone, “all in”.  It’s kind of interesting how in this life there are times that you think that you are all in but until you are exposed to something new, you realize that you weren’t as “committed” or disciplined as you once thought you were.

You see, I have gone through intense workouts with Autumn, Shaun T, Tony, and Sagi over the past 7 years so I know a hard workout when I see one.  The thing is, I have always gotten my dense nutrition in every day in the form of a shake for the past 7 years but “heathy” eating to me was, oatmeal with fruit and a TON of brown sugar, it was a PB and J sandwich whenever I felt hungry, and a chicken breaks and a piece of broccoli for dinner. Then I realized that I eat ANY pice of candy or sweet that is placed in front of me.  My face is clearing up, I have more energy, and I am seeing results like I have never before seen due to this timed nutrition meal plan and the crazy thing is I am not craving JUNK for the first time in my life.

Many of you have asked me what is a timed nutrition meal plan so I wanted to show you a sample of what it looks like now that I have been following it 100% for 2 weeks.  I started off on the plan to lose weight which when calculated according to the plan was plan B.  After one week of following the program 100% I lost 7 lbs and Gabby lost 10 lbs.  Since I am now at a weight I would like to maintain, I have re-cacluated and now placed in Plan E.  This is what my day looks like.

Also I will be continuing Plan E throughout this week to see how I feel.  If I seem to hold onto a little belly fat or begin to gain some belly fat I will bump down to plan D.  Thanks for being a part of this journey with me!  PS. Today I was going to share with you my 2 week PROGRESS with this 80 day test group and timed nutrition meal plan but as I checked in with our test group I was so inspire by my dear freind Gordy’s results that I wanted to share with you EXACTLY his emotions after 14 days. He shared, “Day 15…DONE!! Heaviest all the way apart from walking hand loops.. Lol. Nearly died! Pahahahahahaha! “✨*Also, I don’t want to weigh or take measurements until the end of phase 1, but I did take pictures… Ready! 2 weeks!!! OMFG!! 😂🤗😂 ❤️🤓❤️ What’s gonna happen to me in the next 63 days.. This is crazy, didn’t even get this far with 21DFX” Gordon I love your energy brother and know that you are going to CRUSH it over the next 63 days and then continue these habits for the rest of your life. PS. We’re taking applicants for our next test group if you are READY for change.
