I am super proud to share the results of my client Shellan. When you order Beachbody on Demand or ANY Beachbody product online for that matter, you are assigned a free coach. “I get out 3-4 times a week with our hiking club and I run regularly too. Before Covid hit I was swimming weekly and going to Orangetheory gym as well. Over the last 10-12 years I have put on 20 pounds that I have not been able to take off through exercise or going on diets. I chalked the extra weight up to menopause which I went through in my late 30’s. I thought I ate healthy but I recently learned that my diet was high in carbs, low in protein and I didn’t make veggies the star of my plate. Veggies Most is a concept taught in the 2B mindset program.

This past New Years I set my top 3 goals and one of them was putting my health and welling as a top priority. I have set this goal many years in a row and have not been totally successful at it. This year my why was bigger. My cholesterol levels are on the high side and my doctor wants me to lower them so I don’t have to go on cholesterol medicine. Also my kids Father passed away a year a go and I really want to live a long and healthy life and be there for them too. I have done Beachbody workouts in the past and have seen some physical tightening and toning when I have done them so I signed up to the Beachbody on demand to get back into a strength training program. With joining the Beachbody on demand it came with a free month of nutrition + which has 2 nutrition plans one of which I have tried in the past that felt very diet like and I did not have much success at it so I started into the other one which is called 2B Mindset.

This program really spoke to me. It inspired me to jump in fully. The recipes, the videos, materials and little catch phrases that keep the philosophies in your mind are amazing. It doesn’t feel like a diet but a healthy life style like something that you can really maintain for life. I lost 9 pounds in the first two weeks and I am 7 weeks in to the program and am down 16.6 pounds as of today and still losing. “

I feel really proud of myself. I feel health, vibrant and alive. I have gone from a women’s size medium to a women’s size small. I kept a few pieces of my clothing from when I use to be thin and they fit perfectly. I also have added a few new pieces of clothing to my wardrobe and feel amazing wearing them. I am so glad that I found the 2B Mindset program and have implemented the 2B Mindset lifestyle.
