I want to share the results of my friend and one of our amazing Diamond Beachbody Coaches.  Brittany Morris is an inspiration to mothers who want to workout after baby comes into your life.  I love her passion for not only working super hard on being the best and healthiest version of herself but for finding purpose in leading and helping others have amazing transformations and also in mentoring other people how to be a great Beachbody Coach as well.   The program that she chose to do after the baby came was Focus T25 which only requires 25 minutes a day.

“Here are my results from T25 Alpha! I’ve lost 5.2 pounds and 5.5 inches. I’ve made progress, but I’m definitely not where I want to be YET! That’s why they call it a journey, right?!
The pic on the left is 2 days after I had Simon (just keeping it real). I want these AFTER pictures to become my BEFORE pictures! Bring on T25 Beta!”
