Workout to Get Ripped Arms
Scott Gutke is one of my softball buddies and he rocked his 90 day P90X challenge and is now Beachbody Coach ready to pay it forward. He was in my very first Challenge Group and I’m very proud of what he has accomplished with the Challenge Group.
Scott wanted a workout to get ripped arms, back, and chest and we accomplished just that in 90 days! He had 4 inch growth in his arms and improved his pullups from 3 to 30+
