I’m loving the 21 day fix!! On my first week I lost 5.6lbs and I’m on my day #11, can’t wait to weight myself again I already see I lot of difference on my face, my stomach and my hips, the workouts are not as hard as p90x or insanity but they really make you sweat and feel all your muscles work hard;what I love more about this program is the containers and the nutrition guide, it makes it really easy to eat the right portions and the right food every day without being super hungry and feel like you want to give up.
