This is my friend up north in Saskatchewan. We met a few years ago online and then finally in person this past July in Indy for our annual coach summit where we come together as coaches to learn how to better ourselves and serve others. Adrian and I had a talk in the hotel lobby where I told her that I believed that she could win the Beachbody challenge when she arrives at her goal. Since that time she has been PUSHING forward each day consistently to her goals. Remember achieving goals takes consistency, time, effort, and having people around you that will challenge you to go to the next level.
Let’s give her a shout out and some recognition for completing a program from start to finish FOUR times and this is the results of that work.

I used to be the queen of starting something and never finishing! I was never motivated to keep going. To see something through. The smallest bit of life would happen.
And I would quit.
But something amazing happens when you don’t give up. When you show up on the days you don’t want to. Then you see those results for the first time and it lit something inside of me 🔥
As I am coming into the last week of my 4th, yes 4th round of my weight lifting program, I am damn proud. Proud I wanted a new challenge (never lifted weights before, EVER). Proud I said I need to try again. Proud I brought a group of ladies with me. Proud to say I started something and I finished it.
