Clean up my Nutrition
It was just a week ago that my good friend Melodie shared her day 80 photos with her before pictures that were taken on January 15th. As many of you know, in 2018 I wanted to clean up my nutrition, eat more greens, cut out candy and sugars, and drink more water. I remember reaching out to my friends and asking if they wanted to be a part of this program with me and Melodie was NOT excited. This photo 80 Days later shows how she feels as a mother of 2 NOW.
“Thanks Scottie, remember when I didn’t really wanna do the program? Lol I’m glad I did now. I decided to do this program as I wanted to clean up my nutrition, and try timed nutrition. I was already working out 6 days a week. I feel soo good now, I learned what foods to eat and how much for my body to perform at its peak level. I love being a product of the product and showing others that it really does work, and as a busy mom of 2 you can still make it happen. I want everyone to feel confident and energetic, the small sacrifices are worth it!!” Melodie Ryan
