How to Find Your Purpose
I want to share the thoughts and story of Rachel and what has happened in her life since finding her purpose and accomplishing some of her health and fitness goals. Have you ever wondered how to find your purpose in life? I think the book that helped me the most was A Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren and I have shared a list of the 50 books I have read so far this year. You can find it here. 52BOOK CHALLENGE . My purpose is to help people realize that they are all created in God’s image and have unlimited potential to become and be whatever it is that they decide they want to be. That’s why I wake up and get excited every single day. I am so proud of my friend Rachel for what she has achieved so far and although she has already lost 140 lbs, I want you to know that she is just beginning her journey. She will make a HUGE impact on people around her.

“I started because of my kids and husband. After my third pregnancy I was at 244 lbs and miserable. My misery made everyone around me miserable. My marriage was failing and I heard my daughter ask my husband one day why Mommy was so fat (gotta love the honesty of kids, lol). I decided something had to change. I got Turbo Fire and went as hard as I could. Along the way I tried Chalean Extreme, Insanity, and Les Mills Combat. But Turbo Fire had my heart. With every workout my mood changed and with my mood change my marriage grew. I’m now down to 140 lbs and still going. My motivation is the pride I see in my husband’s eyes and my kids telling me that I’m pretty. I want to inspire people and help them the way my coach helped me. I’ve had to do the hard work and I know how easy it is to want to quit. But I also know that having a coach to help motivate and support you on your health and fitness journey can make all the difference.” – Rachelle Sneigoski
