Anybody remember the Summer Slim Down Challenge we started May 1st? Here are some Insanity results women will talk about. This is a female Insanity and Shakeology Transformation that will completely blow your mind. Aniedra started out with Insanity and got amazing results. After her results from that challenge she set new goals and started to work even harder!
She is determined and set goals and is achieving them one day at a time. It didn’t happen over night. Success comes from doing the small things every single day. She just won first place at NPC Eastern 2011 in her 2nd competition and is now headed to another competition. The first picture is her Day 1 with the Slim Down Challenge and her current picture take at the NPC competition 6 months later.
