I know that sometimes when winter comes around we stopping caring so much about what we look like.  This is why I like to teach the importance of living a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.  It’s NOT just about being skinny or loosing a bunch of weight.  It is about being fit, strong, healthy, and being an example to help
