My Dream Body
Over the next couple of weeks you are going to be seeing some amazing before/after results pictures as I share the progress and accomplishments of friends in our test group. When I asked Lore what she wanted to accomplish with her health and fitness she had an idea and told me that she wanted “My dream body”. You’ll see a post that she shared back in 2012 and how her life has changed since making the decision to become a member of our team as a Team Beachbody Coach
When I was younger I used to think that in order for me to have an amazing runway body (super model) I had to eat a salad for lunch, a slice of bread with milk for breakfast and a tea at night, maybe do some sit ups and BOOM 💥 I WILL HAVE THAT AMAZING BODY… My Dream Body.
I couldn’t be so far away from reality!!!! I did fall into anorexia/bulimia because I wanted to be skinny and been able to fit size 0 or 1, used to get sick 😷 so easily with flu or a cold every other week; of course my family wasn’t happy and they some how force me to eat more and I did, but then I was eating too much and gain weight until I saw myself in a body that I did not like, I was embarrassed to wear my clothes plus the fact they didn’t fit me, I was only using one dress and a pair of short (living in a hot weather helped with my outfits) then I try pills, teas, wraps, diets and I try every diet that you can name, of course they work but then I regain the weight!!!!! 😭😭😭😭
Then 3 years ago my coach Scottie helped me to be part of the Beachbody family, I have learned that in order to have a rocking body I do not have to be skinny or starve myself or deprive from the goods I love, I can eat up to 6 times a day and enjoy my wine 🍷 if I want it does require small sacrifices but now I can say that thanks to my coach Scottie Hobbs the trainers Autumn Calabrese, Shaun T Joel Freeman Jericho McMatthews has helped me to understand how health and fitness works during this 3 years‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
On the latest program I did for 80 days!!! I have learn to eat more healthy, balancing all my groups of food (carbs 💛, healthy fats💙, vegetables💚, fruits💜, proteins ❤️, seeds and dressings 🧡 and my spoon of PB and to watch my position during my workouts I do NOW HAVE THAT AMAZNG BODY, is not a super model, ITS BETTER!!!! Because I’m not skinny, I’m toned and my muscles are defined!!! I love how clothes fit me and I’m so happy on my own skin!!!!!
